Clint Hyde, who is now at Physical Dynamics in Virginia, had previously
submitted his package called "HAZEL". A number of folks got copies 
of the package earlier this year. 

He seems to have wiped out his personal copy; would someone who received
a copy please contact me (Charlie Lindahl) to arrange to get a tape sent
to him. He is not on INTERNET anymore.
