Gehst du mit? Lines: 11 I have purchased a DEC VT320 terminal and have a question about the function keys on the top row. I use troff with the -ms macros when writing papers in German, and therefore frequently must type the character strings "a\*:" to make an a with umlaut, or "o\*:" for an o with umlaut. Can I define a function key to generate a character sequence like this, and how? The owner's manual makes reference to this and has a nice programming reference guide in the back. But for actual examples it says to refer to the programming manual which I do not have. I would appreciate any help on this. Brent
