Is there an easy way of changing all fonts (sizes and typefaces) in LaTeX?

It is fearly easy if I want to change from using Computer Modern to a
postscript font (e.g. Palatino). I use the palatino.sty (and it uses psfonts.sty).

But my question is now, is there a similar way of changing from
Computer Modern to for exampel Concrete.
