Subject: mf files for ams-fonts available?

Since recently we use the UNIX-TeX distribution. On our tape we found
pk and gf files for the AMS-fonts (Eulerfraktur, MSXM, MSYM, Cyrillic,...)
However, we would like to adapt the output for other devices than our
laser-printer: so the problem arises: are the mf-files for these fonts
somewhere available in public domain?

We welcome all information on this request and will be pleased to help
anyone else if possible.
