That is, if my machine is A, it is desired to have have all mail coming into A and being routed out of A and into another machine via neighbouring machine B to be bounced. If it is coming into A being routed out of A into another machine via neighbouring machine C then it should not be bounced. Mail originating from A would not be bounced at all.
