(also UTS). Keywords: diff Message-ID: <1990Oct23.153242.7713@diku.dk> Date: 23 Oct 90 15:32:42 GMT Sender: news@diku.dk (The Netnews System) Distribution: comp Organization: Department Of Computer Science, University Of Copenhagen Lines: 18 Hi. This is a question about the differences between Unix-system. Preamble: I have been asked to locate information between two versions of a Unix-like system called UTS. The versions are said to be functionally similar to: "Unix sys. 5 rel. 2" and "Unix sys. V rel 3, with some extra stuff thrown in, that should make it almost 3.2". Question: Can anybody describe the diff between sys. 5. rel 2 and rel. 3 to me ? Or maybe point me to somewhere I can get the information ? (You're welcome to say "RTFM" as long as you state which FM). - You help will be appreciated, and maybe earn you +2 points karma. - Ole. (nomann@diku.dk). "Information is not knowledge" - Frank Zappa.
