I am looking for a utility (preferably public domain) which can
convert `*.dvi' files (produced by TeX) to files in the VDS
(Versatec Data Standard) format which is compatible with the
Versatec printers/plotters. A utility converting Postscript to
VDS is also welcome.

If you guys have any info, please let me know.
