Could anyone  who is  familiar with  both sccs and rcs comment on
the relative advantages and disadvantages of each, especially for
an environment in which a group of  people will be working on the
same piece of software?

Does either of these have facilities  for handling the case where
the people  are at  multiple sites connected only via uucp dialup
links? If neither does, are  there alternatives (especially  free
ones)?

Does rcs  have the capability  for tracking Modification Requests
(MRs) like sccs does?
