Do you have suggestions/recommendations on which software I should purchase?

I would like a software that can take advantage of laser printer's PostScript.
A software that can perform like a word processor and has the ability to
add or modify graphics/art clips to the document. The software has to run on 
ISC operating system. Also, it should be able to work with ISC's X-Window.

If you know a software you recommend, please email with a short description
of this software and its unique features.
