I have a problem doing a 'F' (follow-up) on Bnews. If the original message
was 50 lines and I delete 20 I can add 20 lines to it-but not 21! So, if
my follow-up adds more lines to the message than there was originally it
does not save the message and tells me the message can't be longer than
