Are there any programs out there that can edit and save font files in
 MSWindows format?  I want to create another character set in order to type
 some stuff out for a friend in an obscure language.  FTP sites would be
 appreciated.  BTW, can someone repost (or E-Mail me) the FTP locations
 where I can get Windows 3 stuff?  (I know about cica)
