At the time the poster had said that the utility was available from MS if you purchased the WDK (Windows Development Kit). I have contacted MS and they were not aware of any such program or utility files either refered to as SCU or acting like the described package. I would greatly appreciate anyone who has any information about this or who has a copy of the posting to get in touch with me. Our group has developed a great deal of software under Broderbund Turbo C and would like to complete it by incorporating a windows compatible execution environment.
