I'm using XLIB calls from Fortran on VMS to create color images.  I am having
problems using GET$IMAGE to read a pixmap and store it as a bitmap.  I receive
all zeros in my bimap (a byte array) after a call to GET$IMAGE.  Any
suggestions?
