Recently, we switched to 4.1 and remade X11R4 to PL18. Now we are having intermittent crashes (system reboots with a bad trap error message) when people start up X11. I.e., sometimes it comes up and runs perfectly, other times the machine reboots. For the same person on the same machine, I have seen both cases occur. Does anyone have a clue as to what might be going wrong here? Thanks in advance, Ed Friedman INTERNET: ed@zaphod.uchicago.edu BITNET: ed%zaphod@uchicago.bitnet
