Butch, did you get the two magazines I sent you -- "This Mouth Has A 
Brain"?  If so, did you find the material hostile?

I have a friend whose sister has a five year old with Fragile X 
Chromosome Syndrome.  She has been getting the run-around from "I don't 
know."  to  "Learning Disabled."  to  "Mentally Impaired." to 
"<mumble....>".   K.O., now it is my turn to ask for assistance as to 
where I should post my plea for assistance and advice for Connie <--the 
sister.  Is this a Rare Disorder?  Would a prestigeous Medical 
College/Center give her better advice about schooling, equipment and 
what to expect in the future?  I hate to see her take Nicholas <--the 
five-year old)  to "Smith" General Hospital IN NEVADA...when there is 
UCLA, Tufts, Baylor, NIH, Boston's Childrens' and a whole raft of other 
-good- hospitals.  Where should I post this plea?
