I'm having some problems with new newsgroups being noticed by
rn -- it appears that it only asks me if I want to add them
if there have been no articles since creation.  For something
like alt.tv.twin-peaks, that's not suitable.  Could rn not
use the "newgroups" nntp command?  Or does it and I'm missing
something?
