Hi there.

I'm trying to make my first Thanksgiving turkey.  However, instead of
baking it for the first time a day before Thanksgiving, I
thought of practicing first.  Therefore, I'm trying to find a recipe
for baking a chicken.  I say a chicken because a turkey would be to
large to finish off.  After I master (hopefully) the art of baking a
chicken, I would presumably have an easier time when the time comes
for actually having to make the turkey.
