I'm currently working on a project that will enable a TMS 320C25 based
audio services processor to generate speech from text.  I can get software that
will take text and generate standard phonemes from the standard
International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA).  Can anyone offer me ideas as to how
I can get speech from IPA phonemes?  Thanx! :-)
