After turning the computer on, text could be read but the screen scrolled vertically as if the vertical sync was not working, in fact there was no change if the vertical sync wire was removed completely. What is wrong, can it be fixed, can I use this moniter with VGA? The moniter is 19" and says 'VMI' on the front, and 'Mitsubishi Color Display Monitor C-6921P' on the inside.
