I'm in need of some expert help... I have a Fisher FVH-830 (4head hi-fi, VHS, etc.) that I do not have the remote for. No, I don't want a remote! (you - "???") I want to just hardwire some buttons so that I can use the features. They are: QUICK, SLOW, and FRAME They are only on the remote... Anyone know how I could do this? (I don't mind to mess up the case or warranty...) Also, by the way, it does not record reliably. Once in a while I can hear a noise like a motor could not stop adjusting the speed: sounds like a car in reverse gear... The picture is messed up beyond recognition... Anyone know? I cleaned the heads and the transport. I think that maybe some motor is no oiled or greased... Take care. (Any help would be appreciated) -- _______________________________________________________________________________ "The Force will be with you, always."
