I'm looking for filter design packages that handle general filters other
than just Chebychev, Butterworth, and Elliptic filters. Ftp sites would
be appreciated for P.D. software. In particular, I'm interested in a package
called FILTOR 2 mentioned in the book _FILTER_THEORY_AND_DESIGN:ACTIVE_AND_PASSIVE
by Adel S. Sedra and Peter O. Brackett. I will summarize responses and post.
