Archive-number: 2663 I just paid a visit to the Rhode Island Department of Health, and they officially categorize oral sex as a High Risk Behavior. It is third on their list, after Anal and Vaginal Intercourse. I'm wondering where they get their information and just how risky oral sex _is_. However, because of their stand on oral sex, one can get free Kiss O' Mint condoms there. These can be cut up the side and used for cunnilingus as well (I think they taste better than Bubble Gum-flavored dental dams!). Does anyone know how reliable the Rhode Island Dept. of Health is (and similar departments in other states), when it comes to up-to- date information? Thanks, Carole
