Total loss lubrication is probably the very first lubrication method, but his acute analysis of the trade-off between extra oil vs extra plumbing showed his good enginnering sense. The external ribs for the rudder, a trade mark of the A-4, is another case in point. As for the slats, they are just simply brillant. Just call me `Man'.
