Snyder) I came across an interesting set of maps in the library yesterday: 7.5" series USGS maps of Yucca Flats and Plutonium Valley, Nevada from 1960 and 1986 revisions. There is a remarkable change in the topography of these areas in tthose 26 years. The valley floor is littered with craters 500-2000 feet in diameter and several hundred feet deep.
