Greetings and Salutations:
 
The water tower (approximately the size of your average small town Water Tank)
holds 300,000 Gallons, and stands abouit 290 feet high.  The deluge system
lasts about 30 seconds, and is started at T minus 6.6 seconds (Main Engine
Start).  It uses fresh water.  When the tank was filled, the local Cocoa City
water supply lost pressure from all the water being used.  They use a slower
method of filling it now.  Verification of the tank being full is a pipe near
the top of the tower that spills out water, and a camera is trained on this
pipe to see when water flows out.
