Many thanks to the many people who responded to my recent posting asking
for info on how to do a multi-precision divide with shorter divide instructions.

I got several replies, all basically saying: of course you can do it - see
Knuth's "Art of Computer Programming" vol. 2.

Now I have the excuse I need to buy the book.
