For what it's worth, I got Wineyes to work right from the start and it's
really cute -- if you enlarge the window the eyes get REALLY BIG!  It 
needs no file other than the .exe, so I wonder if your problem isn't in the
"properties" of your Windows icon.  You might select the icon and look at
the properties via the File menu in the program manager.  Good luck!
