In a previous posting I asked why I couldn't get on Simtel20.  I was using the
FTP command with the Simtel20.arpa address.  I kept getting a message that the
foreign host would not accept an open. I have since tried it using the command
FTP simtel20.army.mil.  It worked. Thanks for filling me in.
