Anonymous FTP access the GNUish MS-DOS project archives at ocf.berkeley.edu
(128.32.184.254) is not available at this moment because of an operating
system upgrade within the ocf cluster.  For the time being, please use one
of the other FTP sites (i.e., vulcan, simtel20, or funic).

An estimate of the downtime is not available at this time.  The process
could possibly be lengthy as the ocf cluster is run by student volunteers
(who, IMHO, do a nice job).
