	Also, does anyone know the relationship, if any, between this
library and the program, FREEBASE, a Free database application available from
SIMTEL? FREEBASE is a database program with which Tom Rettig also is/was 
associated.

	One other question: Is there a way to CREATE a database with
FREEBASE. I could not find a way to do so.
