The TB+ runs PEP at 19.2K also, of course.

I've not seen V.32 uucp throughput higher than 650 bytes/sec on my system and
frequently see PEP throughput in the 1500 - 1700 byte/sec range.  The V.32
modem is a USR DS (no V.42, yet); PEP modem is a TB+.
