[Moderator's Note: The only reason I do not often recommend this one is because you only get the voice time announcement once a minute. On the NAVOSBY system you can be on and off in about 15 secons or less. On the NBS line, its conceivable you could be charged for a two minute phone call if you happen to come in a couple seconds before the minute. But their other announcements on the quarter hour are worthwhile also sometimes. PAT]
