  I currently have an HP ScanJet for my Mac and IBM (I share the scanner since
the OCR package I have on the PC is better) and am looking to upgrade to a 
color scanner.  Im aware of many different brands like Howtek, Cannon, etc but
would prefer to get some suggestions/caveats/feedback from the net on the
strengths and/or weakness of any and all available scanners.  If you have any
experience or knowledge about any color scanners (and their supporting
software)
Id like to hear from you.  Along w/the scanners themselves, the
supporting 
software is also importants so the same applys.
