How sad others are not taking the same active interest in ANS Forth as it is being drafted. We ( all of us ) need the hollistic involment of the 'Forth community'. Forth is the only true 'grass-roots' language I know of with the capability to carry a project from prototype to production, yielding to needed hacks along the way. This X3/J14 Technical Committee has been more public than any in ANSI history, yet remains ignored by the public it serves. Regret your involvment ? Not hardly. I regret the echo I hear when you speak in a nearly empty chamber. At least, your voice isn't lost in a vacuum - yet. Stay tough, Brad. Voice your concerns and generate proposals. I, for one, appreciate you, and I am sure I am not alone. Gary ----- This message came from GEnie via willett through a semi-automated process.
