How can I get hold of the Forth 83 standard? I have some idea of the
differences from Fig-Forth and Forth 79, garnered from such sources as
Byte magazine, but I do not have the *complete* standard (if there is one).
Are there any later standard Forths than Forth 83? If so, I would like to
get hold of the documents pertaining to those as well.
