Look for the public domain unit TPTIMER, by the fine folks at TurboPower
Software (TurboPro, ObjectPro, Analyst, and the late TDebugPlus).

I didn't find it listed at Simtel, but I did find a Turbo C file listed
that may be of interest to you:
