You need a different program to extract the archive. Unzip certainly won't work. We have a copy of zoo in our machine. Since I am not sure the copyright issue, I will send you the address of the author and let you followup on it. I used to have a public domain version of the zoo archiver called "booz" that also works, but I don't remember where I got it from.
