How can I use a user defined BGI driver (SVGA256.BGI from c.b.i.p)
with Turbo Prolog 2.0.  I can do it with C and Pascal easily using
'installuserdriver' but when I tried using the 'bgidriver' compiler
directive it didn't seem to work.

I think part of my problem is not knowing what driver number and mode
to assign to the call to 'initgraph'.
