  This appears to be a threat - it may be based on asking people
not to say things which would hurt two people, but it still is 
a threatening people who want to discuss a given topic.

  However, this now has nothing to do with anything such as libeling
someone.  It is using a threat of legal action against people simply
to keep them from discussing the topic.  It would appear that my
posting under this heading (so I am now "involved in this thread")
is causing me to be threatened.  I probably should be trembling with
fear, but somehow I get this feeling that I'm really being threatened
with the boogy-man.  And I'm about as fearful as I normally am about
such idiotic threats.
