Help!!!  I just recieved my copy of Macminix today and it appears Macboot
is dead.  Norton reports that the file was damaged and I am stuck until
Prentice Hall gets around to sending a replacement.  Would some kind soul
out there come to the rescue and send a copy of Macboot via e-mail
(uuencoding or binhexing is fine), provided that this won't bring down the
wrath of Prentice Hall and the Net Gods.
