The literature and spec sheets I have talk about the bit synchronous modes and asynchronous modes, but fail to describe how to get the thing up in BiSync. The vendor of the card I'm using even includes some sample code for those modes, but says "gee, we never had anyone want to use byte synchronous before." If anyone has fought through the setup and initialization of this chip in this mode, I would appreciate any insights or code segments via email. Thanks, John -- John Kennedy johnk@opel.COM Second Source, Inc. Annapolis, MD
