Please Help!!

I am interested in knowing how ISO/SP3/SP4 work and how do they work in a very
large distributed environment meeting POSIX standards and ISO standards.  I am
especially interesting in someone telling how does the user access various
files/services throughout the system.  ISO Network Management is used
(security mangement, accounting management, configuration mangement, etc.).

Does anyone know of existing or near term product availibility?

Motorola has a SDNS device type 1 (no bypass of non-sensitive data) for
~$12,000 per node/terminal.

I appreciate any directions?
