Is there any public domain software for compressing images to and from CCITT
group IV and/or group III formats?  We are considering an attempt to put 
together a demo using fax and scanned images as a prelude to a larger image
storage and dissemination project.  We need group III for standard fax, and
group IV to get more images on the disk (better compression).  Thanks.
