What are the 2nd tier of robotics schools, after e.g. MIT, CMU, Stanford?
I'm trying to advise a CS undergrad with interests in robotics on where
she might more realistically apply.  Of course, broader CS strength would
be good: no one *really* knows what they want to specialize in.
