Try just running cui and typing the command "update" to read your new mail. If it doesn't work, please tell me exactly what it prints out as an error message. If it says something about "set hold in .mailrc" then you need to create a .mailrc file in your home directory and put the following line in it: unset hold There's a long story behind this, but if it is your problem, basically it is necessary because of the way your site has configured Berkeley mail. Anyway, let me know what CUI says and we can diagnose the problem from there. -- Nathaniel
