Has anyone written anything in C or perhaps elisp to handle running
a club/small org? The basic functions are easy:

	o Mailing List Maintenance
	o Printing Mailing List Labels
	o (Being able to sort above by member classes (Indiv/Family/etc))
	o Tracking event attendance
	o Basic budget handling?

I'm open to other ideas, the main thing I need right now is the
mailing list/label handling software, stuff for handling dues and
whos paid/what/when as well as who is unpaid would also probably be
handy. I know I have seen stuff like this around, but don't recall
where.
