(C on Sparc/Amiga/Atari/IBM PC if there's a choice). Or at least e.g. LPC data that could be used to construct one? LPC/formant synthesis would be ideal, but I'm not picky. I've found some PD text-to-speech translators for e.g. the IBM PC, but with the synthesis core available in binary only...surely *somewhere* some source code exists?
