I am looking for a shareware or PD program that will allow me to display a
raw graphics data file (ie, a non-IFF format graphics file). What I want
would me to set the display mode and number of bit planes and would then
display the raw data file according to the chosen parameters. Does such a
program exist? What is it called, and where can I find it?
