The workbench consists of three main parts. Part one is in ROM, and I'm 
not for sure what's all there, but it includes the window system, 
layers.library, and stuff like that. Part two is LIBS:icon.library and 
provides functionts for handling icons. The existence of this library 
greatly cuts the size of C:loadwb. The last part is,indeed, C:loadwb. It 
Doesn't do much itself, but basically triggers the other parts.

With 1.2 ===> 1.3(.2) it's possible to upgrade simply by adding the new 
files. However, with 2.0 you'll need the new ROM and it'd probably justbe 
easier to back up the disk, install the new files, and put the programs 
that work on the disk.
