That's it. If something happens to :your character (killed, nuked by acid, etc.) just do something like: : :copy character.backup to character : :Then re-run the game and pick up where you left off. : :David Poland :2flntopaz@kuhub.cc.ukans.edu Or if you *really* need to cheat, look at the saved game files for interesting weapons of items. These are actually what's stored in the levels, not on your person. (You're right in thinking the encrypted stuff at the first is your personal stats and items.) Try things like dropping one of an item in a place, and two next to it. Then look at the save file to see where quantities are stored. You could also look through the executable for interesting items you don't see just laying around. After hacking a saved game, you can go back in and just pick up all the nice things that are laying around. You could also look at attributes of things like potions and scrolls. You may be able to merge several items together to create new, more powerful items.
